The hospital was clean and well maintained. The doctor explained everything clearly in simple language and created a comfortable, friendly environment. The nursing staff and ward attendants were courteous and very helpful throughout the stay. The only concern was that administering the injection required multiple attempts, as it was difficult to locate the appropriate vein. Apart from this, the overall experience was positive.
