Very poor and unprofessional experience. No Value for Money. Even after paying a Premium, you will get poor service. There is absolutely no queue management at the reception—people keep barging in and staff does nothing to control it. The same issue continues near doctors’ rooms, where some patients walk in directly while others are left waiting for 30+ minutes. No guidance near labs—no one to tell patients where to go. I recently had a very good experience while being admitted for a minor surgery under Dr. Ankur Katyal. Undoubtedly, this is one of the best healthcare providers in North Bengal. The service was excellent throughout — from the management team to the nursing staff.
