One suggestion for improvement is regarding the cashless insurance process. Before a cashless claim is submitted, it would be helpful if patients and their family members were given an opportunity to review and verify important details in the medical and insurance documentation, especially information related to pre-e
4Ram Shinde· 3 weeks agoI was admitted to Siddhi Hospital for treatment of fever and cough. The doctors were very good, and the treatment provided was effective. All the nurses and supporting staff were cooperative and helpful throughout my stay. One area that could be improved is providing additional training to the nursing staff so they can further enhance the quality of their services and patient care. The nursing staff was kind attentive and always ready to help. Th hospital was very clean and well maintained. Which made my stay comfortable. The staff has also been amazing, providing excellent care and support. I would highly recommend this hospital for maternity care.
