Shilpa Taklikar, front desk attended me and solved my WiFi problem. She went above and beyond. Great service (5 out of 5) Vipul Munde attended me at the admissions reception. Although international currency and /or American Express cards are not easily accepted, he was very helpful in devising a work around that did not delay and ICU admission for my father. Hospital is very good and clean. The staff are also very helpful and caring. However, one thing I did not like is that they charge parking fees even when the entire parking ground is empty. This could be reconsidered for better patient convenience.
