He was very calm, patient, and attentive, and he explained everything clearly to us as parents. During our baby’s hospitalization, he gave proper guidance, and we felt our child was in safe hands. Facing surgery is scary for a little one, but the staff went above and beyond to make it a kid-friendly experience and the entire experience was excellent.
