Very good experience.. my sugar level is 220-245, Hb1ac 8.3 and grade 3 fatty lever but after consultation and follow the medicines and diet chart by shiwani mam, my sugar level comes down by 130-150 in two months and now I m feeling more energetic, weight also reduced from 92 to 89 kg, Thanks nayra ayurvedic
