We are extremely disappointed with the overall experience during the patient's hospitalization. - There was no proper plan of care being followed. - Medication administration raised serious concerns, with even the names of medicines being written incorrectly. - A highly alarming incident occurred when a housekeeping staff member removed the patient's cannula, resulting in bleeding.
