We had our delivery on 19th May at Motherhood Hospital Noida Ext.(Room 104)under Dr. Raunak khandelwal, and we cannot thank the nursing staff enough for their exceptional care. Dr. Kanika Thakral is amazing! She looked after my wife so well during her entire pregnancy and did her C-section on April 11th. She was always there during tough times, took every safety step, and made sure both mom and baby were healthy. Thanks to her and Motherhood Hospital, we got to meet our little boy. Pathetic.. No meaning of taking prior appointments. They wont even update you for the delay. They dont carry the customer records every time you need to carry the id’s. Attendants and receptionist acts dumb as they are clueless. What they know is… only how to pitch you packages and how they can extract money.

This is to express my strong dissatisfaction with the worst experience I have ever had at Motherhood Hospital. The staff were careless, irresponsible, and completely unprofessional throughout my wife’s delivery process. I visited for counselling on 21-07-2025, paid ₹5,000 as a booking amount, and was falsely assured that everything would be handled smoothly under my in-network medical policy. Thanks to Doctor Kanika for bringing us to this hospital for my wife’s delivery. She has been an exceptional doctor throughout our journey. On her recommendation we booked this hospital and it was a wonderful decision. We had to deal with emergency and the staff in Triage along with front desk were very professional and helpful.
