Dr. Arpit Gupta is Good doctor but Reception staff knowledge how to treat patients family is poor way of talking and poor knowledge about how to check payment. I personally recommend if you visit clinic so please carry cash not pay online other wise they will said sir your payment not received our account so please pay again. Agar kisi patient family ke paas extra payment nhi hui to uss condition mai kya krnge ye log

I would like to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had at Sumitra Hospital reception. The receptionist, Roopa, was very rude and did not follow the “first come, first serve” rule. I submitted my old prescription paper before another patient, but I was given a number after that person. When I questioned this, the receptionist argued with me instead of explaining politely. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I took my friend to this clinic for severe kidney stone pain, and it was by far the worst medical facility I’ve encountered. There was absolutely no sense of cleanliness or hygiene. The person attending us — who didn’t even appear to be a qualified doctor — was eating at the time and proceeded to give an injection without washing his hands. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also dangerous.
