The medical staff, including doctors and nurses, are highly professional, caring, and attentive to patients’ needs. It is the worst hospital experience of my life. The service was very poor. I had taken my patient there for dressing. I was asked to bring all the dressing materials from an outside medical store, but those materials were not used and instead their own materials were used. After that, a person at the reception demanded ₹1000 from me for the dressing and was forcing me to make the payment in cash. When I said that I would pay via GPay, he gave his personal scanner

One of the worst hospital in the Nerul. They don't care about patient health. I was hospitalized for two days. Room assigned to me not clean even after repeated request to clean no one was interested. Treatment given was not up to the mark. Blood reports and tests were not performed on time. Worst Service by the hospital.......... Single bed AC room in which Ac was not working. TV was a show piece....just for billing purpose. Switch board was open which is very risky..... No changing of bedsheets in 48hrs. Even after requesting multiple times. No Drinking water was provided by the hospital. Bed swings not working. Final bill for single day was 56k. One should ignore strictly exception for emergency.
