The doctors and nurses have been polite and supportive, but the billing staff experience has been absolutely pathetic and unacceptable. My doctor approved my discharge at 2:00 PM, yet the billing team is now saying it will only be done by 7:00 PM, simply because there are two insurance patients ahead of me. I do not have insurance and clearly informed them that I am ready to pay cash immediately, yet I am still being forced to wait. This is a horrible and extr

Senior doctors and some personnel are quite good but cleaning staff and is not bothered about hygiene or want to clean at all. Hospital administration has a casual attitude about billing and documents. Incorrect information provided on cashless insurance, original file kept back and not returned at the time of discharge. When asked for the same, i was told two bills are pending. This is after the patient is discharged. Which is questionable. Their expectation is to have

I had a very positive experience at Niramay Hospital Panvel. The doctors were excellent and took the time to explain everything clearly. The nursing staff was attentive and caring, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. The overall atmosphere felt very supportive and helpful, and the costs were reasonable

Staff is very rude not helping at all as if every staff member is a Dr., themself in this hospital. Dr's are very helpful and knowledgeable gives proper guidanceand diagnose every detail properly 3 stars only for Dr's

Doctors do not have the understanding of the timings, they give some time and come 1 to 2 hrs late.. inspite of confirming.. understandable that doctors are usually busy.. but just the opd doctor, really! I mean we pay you to get well and we appreciate your time but you guys dont… very pathetic behaviour.. Everyone in this world works and has their timings to manage things here opd doctors here don’t.. please before going book an appointment but go 1 hr late
