The hospital is really nice and clean it’s new and hope it stays like this. All the staffs I came across were extremely nice who went out of their way to help my family except 1 Ramu Gautam he is rude arrogant and has no respect or empathy on how he should be with patients and the family. He acted like he owns this bloody hospital. Instead of being polite caring and respectful he is nothing but selfish self centred person who is just there for the money , but he is

Very poor service and careless staff. Completely unsatisfactory experience. I give this hospital the lowest rating possible.My experience at this hospital was terrible. There was a lack of proper communication, long waiting times, and no attention to patient care. The staff behavior was unprofessional and the overall management was disappointing. I strongly do not recommend this hospital.
