5Poonam Kulkarni· a month agoVery helpful staff and very dependable doctors. We were assisted by coordinator Ms. Sultana who did multiple follows ups for us across doctors on the same day. Also, our experience with doctors Dr. Kishore Manek, Dr. Pradeep Raisinghani and Dr. Anil Potdar was comfortable. We could easily interact and ask them queries without any apprehension. Follow up was smooth. Diagnosis and treatment is very good.
1pooja rane· 3 weeks agoIt is unfortunate that your team did not inform us that cash refunds are no longer being processed. Even after the insurance claim was settled within 30 days, no communication was provided regarding the refund process. After I followed up on 8th June, your team confirmed that the refund would be processed within 7 days. However, I am once again having to follow up on the same matter, and there has been no update.
