Nobody ever wishes to stay in a hospital, yet my experience here during my treatment was truly excellent. Whether it was the doctors, nursing staff, or management team, everyone was incredibly positive, helpful, considerate, and compassionate throughout my stay. I recently visited Bombay Hospital and while the doctor consultation was fine and I have no complaints regarding the medical treatment, my experience with the housekeeping staff was very disappointing. The floor cleaning staff behaved in a very arrogant manner. The lady responsible for cleaning actually yelled at us, which was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I had a stay of 15 days at bombay hospital under dr. Vishal kundnani. The best surgeon for spine who gave me a new life. Bombay hospital staff is very helpful and kind, soft spoken and gentle.
