I just had my gallstone surgery 2 days ago and I would say that I am happy and satisfied with the care and co-operation that I have received. Thank you to all the nurses and all the other staffs, who made it easier to get through this. Thank you to Sundari Mashi who cared for me through the night ❤

Fraud activities done here. 1. Doctor does not come for round but consultation charges get included in the bill. 2. Physiotherapy is not done as confirmed by the patient, but charges get included in the bill. 3. Doctor goes for family picnic and does not show up for the whole day without any communication. God acts through His people like Dr. Snehashis Karmokar and a flock of young energetic nurses of DDMC. I was admitted there on last 06th Nov., 2025 evening with severe vomiting problem . They have acted very quickly, admitted to ICU for overnight and then shifted to male ward next morning. All nurses like Mitali, Rajkumar, Sushama , Arup etc are very efficient, dutiful, punctual. It is totally a hopeless nurshing home having lots of issues and administrative problem Staffs at billing ,claim settlement section are unproffesional ,liar and do not cooperate at reimbursement claim to health insurance company but do harrasement. They generate dispute bill ,faulty discharge report which is not justifable to health insurance company.Unless you have very close personal relationship doctor ,you will not get help from them regarding reimbursement clai

Very poor experience. Under Dr Snehashis, it is a pathetic experience. Doctor visit, physiotherapy visit are not done but amount gets added in the bill. When questioned, illogical rude responses are received. It is very much suggested to avoid this nursing home.
