Get better Receptionists. They look like they’re so upset that they have to help you and explain to things to Senior Citizens. What a disappointing experience. Aside from being unprofessional with time, they are also very arrogant. They will make you wait while attending to “potential patients” on the phone. Kindly train your staff better. The lady in the middle was of the reception counter needs to change her attitude.

I had a very smooth experience at Apollo Clinic Salt Lake for my grandmother’s tests. The staff is extremely professional; the phlebotomist and X-ray technician were highly skilled, and the nurses were very kind to my 84-year-old grandmother. The front desk made the registration process quick and easy. Very impressed with the efficiency and behavior of the team!

I recently visited the clinic and had a very satisfactory experience. A special appreciation goes to Nursing Staff Baishakhi dii, whose gentle approach and caring nature truly stood out. She speaks to everyone with kindness and administered the injection with such care that it barely hurt. Thank you, Baishakhi dii, for your exceptional patience, warmth, and professionalism. Excellent service and professional management. The staff members are incredibly courteous and go out of their way to make patients feel comfortable. I was particularly impressed by their clear communication and the minimal waiting time. It’s rare to find a clinic where the administrative process is as smooth as the medical care
