My wife recently had gallbladder surgery at Genesis Hospital, and my experience was excellent. The medical team of Dr Purnendu Roy was professional and efficient, ensuring everything went smoothly. I’d especially like to mention the nursing staff – they were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their care and kindness made my recovery much more comfortable. Highly recommend Genesis Hospital for anyone in need of quality healthcare!

Genesis hospital is the most 3rd class hospital in Kolkata with no cardiac doctor facilities after orthopaedic surgery for a heart patient, during the surgery done by Dr. Gopinath Maity.This hospital has the most worse system of ventilation which is given to critical condition of patient. This type of ventilation and lack of cardiac doctors are totally responsible for death of heart patients in this hospital.Personally I think , all families looking towards this hospit

Regarding the treatment i dont have any issue. But they have a Fraud mediclaim department. They are a scammar. Beware of the mediclaim department. They are the worst of them all. I was there for my father's treatment. They told us this is a new part of our oriental mediclaim policy ( which is not I found out later) where you dont have to pay anything and all will be recoverd form the mediclaim. But after the treatment i have to pay 50% of the amount and i found

I would like to share honest review of the entire process in this hospital 1. Doctor here wont see what the size of stone showing in USG , its like there is stone you need operation thats all 2. Exactly 1 min given to patient by doctor for consultation inrespect to 1000 rupees as consultant fees 3. Patient are asked to pay in cash for operation charge and not by debit card or credit card or UPI . 4. Operation charge for patient doing in cash is 55000/- general b

This hospital is extremely bad in every aspect. The staff are highly unprofessional and lack basic communication and empathy toward patients. The management is completely irresponsible — it feels like no one cares about what’s happening there. Instead of focusing on patient care and treatment, their main concern seems to be money and business. The service quality is terrible, and there’s no coordination between departments.
