Dr Abhishek Gangopadhyay provide exceptional care. Their attention to detail, genuine concern and professional communication made a huge difference in my recovery. He explained every treatment of my plan clearly and I understood all my options before proceeding. He is incredibly kind and attentive. I recently underwent an MRI under sedation in RTIICS. I was extremely apprehensive but the MRI team and the Anaesthetic team were absolutely brilliant! They were very caring yet confident and professional. Our recent experience at the hospital has been extremely disappointing and distressing. The patient was admitted on 18 February 2026 and underwent surgery on 19 February 2026. On the night of 20 February, the patient experienced severe post-operative stomach pain. Despite repeated requests, there was no timely response from the nursing staff. Rabindranath Tagore Blood Donation Camp was very well organized and managed. The staff members were polite, helpful, and made the entire donation process smooth and comfortable. Proper hygiene and safety measures were maintained throughout the camp, which made donors feel safe and confident. Even first-time donors were guided properly, which helped reduce any fear or hesitation. Such initiatives are truly commendable and play an important role in saving lives
