Hi , I am Sirshadwip. I beg to state that ,I have an problem issue for my relative patient... Because My patient have a two heartblokage . And my patient face a critical situation... 28.3.2026 - my parents to discharge the patient... But the hospital authority has "rudly " behaviour on my parents... Visited this reputed hospital thinking of better facilities and clean environment but the scenario inside was worst than hell. Won't recommend to my near and dear ones after having one of the worst experience of my life. Place is nice, not because of anything else, but for the constant service it gives to expecting mothers in times of need. A hospital which is manned by dedicated doctors & nurses who quietly carry on doing their job round the clock.

Hospital facilities are good. But some staff behaviour is extremely bad . Especially room no. 10 and 11 staff. They r always in self egoistic attitude as they think I m something. If a patient ask about something they never response the answer or ignore it .
