There is no proper staff management system in the hospital. Even for a consultation, we have to wait for 3 hours. The token system is based only on first come, first serve, and there is no option for token generation over a call. QR code payments should also be enabled online after token generation for better convenience. It is very difficult for infants and small children to wait for 3 hours just for a consultation. Very good hospital.... I had my gallbladder removal surgery here one year ago... I found this hospital on Google and decided to go there the doctor Dr.Subhadip Sarkar are really good and experienced during my stay, one staff member was very friendly and supportive and even became like a friend, which made things easier for me... The staffs are unprofessional and they do not mentain protocol, they prefer there relatives and frends over other patients in the que . Behaviour is very bad and rude towards patients. They don't think patients as human. They do not consider baby's also. We came first in the morning to get the vaccination done for the baby. But they let their relatives go before. This is the second time happed with us as we r with our new born.
