The only good thing in this clinic is Dr Sukanta Roy. He is the best gastro surgeon in west bengal. Apart from the doctor, the ayas and nurses behaviour is also good. But the behaviour of the receptionists are worst, they will try to loot you. They don't have any sympathy even during the critical condition. They will always charge you more than what they told you initially. So be cautious about them.

Offering top-notch services to patients, the sisters & nurses are extremely cooperative & caters to your needs on time. The front desk ensures everything is smoothly functioning and keeps checking on patients and asking to reach out for help, overall a pain-free experience.

The worst possible nursing home in Calcutta in terms of front desk/receptionist’s behaviour - mainly the morning shift reception manager. Very much uncourteous, unattentive and dosen't know how to speak. Beside the above, majority of the housekeeping, nursing staffs and doctors/senior doctors are extremely cooperative. Overall experience is very good----I am very satisfied with all over facilities including food,cleaning,Nursing and everything-----I was admitted here on 23/02/2026 for Nose surgery[DNS] and my surgery was on the very next day 24th February 2026 under Dr. Amitava Roy who is like God for me.Now I am fine & he has given me new life.Thank you Sir & Thank You Samaritan.
