Well maintained and well qualified doctors. However I felt some staffs are careless. In PICU ward while infants are kept under oxygen, the cleaning staffs don’t care about machine wires and it keeps loosing or come out of the infants, which is risky.

My child admitted at midnight with diarrhoea and fever with vomit some observations during stay: 1. Administrative staffs ,Doctors ,Nurses are experienced and professional. 2. Private Room are good two people are allowed to stay.General ward is okay, only one allow to stay (female) . 4. Care Insurance Cashless service also available at facility. 5. I am writing to express my urgent dissatisfaction with the nursing care in this ward. My 22-month-old cousin is suffering from severe vomiting and diarrhea, and now her mother has also become severely ill with the same symptoms. While the hospital room is clean and well-maintained, the nursing service is unacceptable. Specifically, Nurse Premika has been remarkably unhelpful and rude. Best hospital that i have ever been to. Doctors are excellent, nurses are quite co-operative. In terms of hospitality and treatment, Mother's care children hospital seems to be the best out of all.

Had the Worst experience ever, my 22 months old cousin was suffering from severe vomiting and diarrhoea, and had to be admitted urgently, the staffs were very rude , unprofessional, and didn't care, the nursing staff is unacceptable, specifically, nurse Premika has been remarkably unhelpful and rude. We have found her to be indifferent to the patients distress and lacking basic professional communication.
