One of the worst service I have taken from this hospital and no one response clearly and token system is very very worstHospital is good, but the reception managing staff and files managing staff are totally irresponsible to manage files and their attitude and way of speaking to patients is worst. Hence I request doctor to remove the reception staff and appoint good managing staff so that patients doesn't feel worst experience.and also why don't you give token numb

“At Nestoria Hospital, whenever we try to take an appointment, they say it’s already full after 10–20 bookings and ask us to call the next day at 10 o’clock. Then the next day they say the madam is not coming today or give some other excuse.

Doctors are good and their service is reliable but the files managing staff is very rude they even don't have basic etiquettes how to speak and behave with the patients who are in pain.

I visited the hospital at 3 AM with my newborn baby nephew. Even at that hour, they were available and treated us with care. Really appreciate their service, especially Dr. Saba and all staff, The pharmacy was open, and the security guard was very helpful too.
