I had a very positive experience at [Bindu Hospital]. The entire staff, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors, was professional, polite, and attentive. I was treated by [Doctor S, Hima Bindu / Nikita Maam ] in the [Department, e.g., Gynecologist] department, and they took the time to answer all my questions and make me feel comfortable. The facility was clean, organized, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hospital for anyone seeking quality care

I hardly write any negative feedbacks atleast not to this hospital and Dr Bindu Ma’am. However the pharmacy person’s behaviour made me to provide the negative feedback. I purchased something from the pharmacy, I paid him via PhonePe and when I asked him for the receipt, he refused and said why do you need a receipt for 90 rupees purchase? He also said “go go”. I asked him twice but he simply didn’t listen to me. Whether its a 90 rupees bill or 90 thousand bill, its

Pathetic service. Rude doctors. Absent pharmacy staff. Had to change hospital due to poor quality services. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone. Dr. Bindu needs to learn how to speak to her patients from other hospitals. She highly needs an ethics lesson. I would not even rate 1 star if possible.

We had a very pleasant experience in Bindu Hospital. Starting from first month of pregnancy to delivery. Bindu mam and Nikitha mam were very supportive. Nurses and support staff were very helpful. Special mention to Kalyani and Deepa
