Very disappointing experience. The hospital management seriously needs to look into the punctuality of their doctors. Patients are made to wait for hours even after having appointments. It’s extremely frustrating, especially for those who are sick and already in pain. There’s no proper communication from the staff, and no respect for patients valuable time’ time. A hospital should value both care and punctuality — unfortunately, this one fails badly in that aspect.

We had a very good experience at this hospital with very friendly doctor She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire journey .Her calm and supportive behaviour helped ease my anxiety. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, kind, and efficient and the waiting time was minimal. The facilities were clean, well-organized.
