I personally liked this hospital but genuinely wanted to suggest doctor srinivas to respect their older patients. I see you directly calling patients as nuvvu rather than meeru. I hope you can feel the pain if the same patient call you nuvvu because when I came with my dad and I felt so bad for not receiving respect being both educated and it is always suggested to respect everyone whether they are educated or not but elderly ones deserves respect.
