The reason for my one-star rating is the extremely disappointing experience we had at the ER. I visited with my 23-year-old son, who was suffering from a high fever, expecting proper medical attention and care. Unfortunately, the duty doctor seemed more interested in going back to sleep than attending to the patient. Doctors will not be available if you book from medibuddy or any other hosp..no proper management.. worst hospital

The doctor attended to me immediately, even this late at night. I visited Novacare, just 400m from my home, and they carefully removed the earbud stuck in my ear. Everyone there was patient and supportive. Truly grateful to the doctor and the entire team for helping me on the spot at 2 AM. 🙏
