I highly recommend LK Hospital, Malkajgiri! We visited Dr. Sravanthi (Gynecologist) for my family member, Janga Swarna, regarding a laparoscopic cystectomy. I am disappointed with the experience at this hospital. After paying the consultation fee and visiting the doctor, I returned the very next day for a review and report discussion. However, the front office staff behaved unprofessionally and made it seem as though I was requesting a free service, despite having already paid for the consultation. I am grateful for the service that the ICU doctors and nurses have given to our grandmother. I am especially thankful for selfless care that Shantha, vijaya and Lalitha has shown to our grandmother handling all the difficult parts. Nurses and doctors have been extremely empathetic and offered great care.
