My Husband(Totakura malikarjun rao)was admitted to the ICU under Dr.Ajayreddy The entire team showed outstanding professionalism and empathy. Nurses responded immediately to every need, kept us updated day and night, and handled everything with calm expertise. Very disappointing experience with Dr. Prashant Reddy. The doctor arrived late and seemed more focused on finishing quickly rather than listening to the patient. There was no proper communication at all. He barely listened to our concerns and did not pay attention to the fact that the child was already on medications.
