Yesterday I had a very bad experience at your Hospital. On contacting the reception I was told it is walkin consultation and no appointment required from 1.00 PM to 3.00 PM. As it was only followup for earlier consultation 5 days ago we reached the consultation room and talked with the reception on that floor who noted down my name and asked us to wait but even after 3.30 pm the doctor did not turn up. The doctors are really good, explain everything elaborately and are extremely patient with the patient and the attendant, both. However, the Apollo staff seems to be a bit off. I’ve had two instances: one where I have had to run around too much to confirm a simple blood test and another where strangely, the reception desk of the hospital refuses to print reports that are from a different diagnostic service.
