We visited Androcare Andrology Institute with three people — two on medical visas and one on a tourist visa. My cousin had an infection affecting his fertility. I visited Androcare for the first time and had a mixed experience initially. One of the ladies at the reception was quite rude, which made me feel uncomfortable. However, things improved when another gentleman at the front desk stepped in—he was very patient and clearly explained all the tests and procedures to me. Overall experience is great for me. The team is so responsive and attended all all my calls and scheduled appointments accordingly. All the procedures are well informed to us in advance, and put forth in action with well plan and concern. Doctor Rahul Reddy is so informative, and the team took great care of me. They still do follow-up regarding the health condition. Overall experience is that the whole team is well organized and doesn't fall for the negative reviews

I’m giving 3 stars - 2 stars down solely because of the lady at the front desk. I was told to wait until someone called my name, but even after 30 minutes, no one did. When I finally asked another staff member, I found out no one had been assigned to give me my reports.
