Visited this hospital only to request permission to use the washroom while traveling. Instead of showing basic humanity, the staff at the reception questioned whether I came for treatment or “just for the washroom” and then refused access. People working in healthcare should understand compassion, empathy, and basic human dignity. Education and working in a hospital are meaningless if there is no humanity in the way patients or visitors are treated. Very disappointi
