Very good experience. My father discharged in just 5 days after full recovery in a pleural effusion. Doctor Tonmoy Sain is a very good doctor and a nice person too. They also called to know present health condition of my father and amy comments about the institution. Mediclaim process also processed smoothly.

Very good hospital service. Staff are polite and helpful. I am under Dr. Bijay Khan, and he is very experienced and caring. Fully satisfied with the treatment. Highly recommended.

One of the worst nursing homes in Howrah in both ways (treatment & irresponsible management). Please NEVER admit your patient under Dr. Tanmoy Sain. I don't what kind of diseases he treats and how he became a doctor , unable to recognize main issue and provide treatment. This could be all but along with irresponsible management , he decided to provide a lot of medicines, unnecessary injections, cortisol-related meds, insulin( when patient is already NON_DIABATIC). T

I had fever for 21 days. No-one found a diagnoses as to what had happened to me. Finally I had to get admitted as my fever was touching 104 degrees. My CRP was 96 that should have been somewhere around 5 and I am right now admitted here in the Suite. The nurses, attendants, team members and residential doctors are the nicest people I have come across. My main consultant Dr. Tonmoy Sain is a brilliant clinician. This place and all the people here together diagnosed me

My review is regarding the OPD division of Biral Seva Sadan. Many good doctors visit this place for OPD. However queue management here is not good. You will waste a lot of time just because of that. I think queue management can be made a lot better. If they provide specific time for different patients there will be less rush and patients can be treated better. Elderly people and very sick suffer a lot because of this pathetic queue management.
