My experience at GNRC Dispur, Guwahati, Assam was extremely disappointing. The treatment and care provided to patients were not satisfactory. The hospital allows bed visiting only once in 24 hours, which creates difficulties for family members who wish to monitor and support their loved ones. all processes and systems in this hospital are of the stone age. Their cash counters are worse than the Indian Railway cash counters. If someone is at the ICU, they do not have enough manpower to get their own medicines, and will use you as their own hospital staff to run from one counter to another counter. It is a Joke Hospital. I don't know about treatment and doctors, but the systems are harrassing and a torture for families of patients.
