Had a great experience in this hospital. Admission related queries were done in quick motion. Operation was done successfully. The security management at Marwari Hospital is extremely disappointing. I was stopped at the gate and checked excessively just because I did not have the physical pass with me, even though I clearly showed them a photo of the pass on my phone. The security staff refused entry saying that duplicate passes could be made from photos. This kind of behavior is unreasonable and insensitive. My experience at Marwari Hospital was very disappointing and concerning. I felt that Dr. R. N. Mazumder seemed more focused on recommending surgery quickly rather than ensuring complete and proper diagnosis beforehand. In cases related to breast tumors, it appeared that procedures were suggested without fully clear reports or detailed explanation. I'm not supposed to utter , but regarding the hospitality totally had bad experience .eventhough having the provided blue card to see the baby or the patient I was not allowed to enter . I was told , to sit outside for 2 hours by the securities of the entry gate towards maternity section. The hospital is very good, nurses are very good. Gda staff also excellent. The hospital is very clean, very good environment, doctors are very good. The administrative staff are very good. The senior nurses, matron , ns are very co-operative, nursing co-ordinators are very friendly. Everyone should visit here if you get sick. Very much budget friendly hospital with lots of discount and schemes.
