I had a great experience at Medanta Hospital, Gurugram. The medical team was professional and attentive. Special thanks to Nurse NITU from the [LG RADIATION DEPARTMENT] who went above and beyond. She was patient, explained every procedure clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Her calm attitude and quick response really reduced my anxiety. Good Hospital with great infrastructure. Cleanliness at top level. 1. If you have Insurance, and need to admit them fill up TAP form, get it signed by Doctor and submit at TAP desk at Ground Floor atleast 1 day before for cashless treatment pre-authorization. 2. Submit Fees if Pre-authorization doesn't comes and get admission ( Ground floor), if it comes before discharge then fees can be refunded. 3. there are many problems here: 1. Elevators: understand that the wait time at peak hours is so high that someone may die while the attendant is struggling to get into an elevator. 2. Insurance: The list of files that appears on the desks seems like a Govt office with no proper care and respect to them. Every case is handled differently. I had gone for a breast biopsy last week. My experience there was exemplary. From the time the appointments were fixed by ms Rachna, who followed up so diligently. She waited with me, took appt for the MRI ,made sure I met the doctors, And followed up a day before the procedure. Always positive and smiling.
