They charged almost 25k for a semi private room. The bed is clean no doubt but the toilets omg. So so bad. The sink tap had fungus, no tissue paper, the tissue paper holder had fungus. The staff came and used the toilet 🚽 No privacy and they can’t even put tissue rolls let alone the privacy.

Faisal (coordinator of labs) and Hussain at lab (OPD side), were very friendly, helpful and thoroughly professional. I was highly impressed by their guidance and professional conduct. Security and other staff of hospital were caring and providing proper guidance. Radiology dept was a different story. The lady doctor who gave me appointment for CT Scan was very helpful and guided me properly. Next day (on 24/2/26), when I came for CT scan appointment at 12:15 noon

If you want your family sick member to survive and not be mistreated DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. As a doctor myself I saw how they treated my father , we waited for a specialist for an emergency procedure for > 12 hours until his kidneys shut down. Someone said in the comments it is a five star hotel with zero medical care.
