Very pathetic service and one of the worst experiences I've had. The staff were extremely unprofessional and not at all supportive. During an emergency situation, there was no prompt first aid assistance, and the team on duty seemed completely unconcerned. Some staff members were busy watching reels on their phones, and the person responsible for the X-ray appeared to be watching a web series instead of attending to patients. I recently had my lipoma surgery done by Dr. Nitin Arora, and the entire experience was extremely smooth. The surgery was so seamless that I didn’t even realize when it was completed. We had a very positive experience with Dr. Priti Thakral throughout the pregnancy and normal delivery journey. She remained calm, supportive, and guided us properly at every stage. Our pregnancy had a few complications and anxious moments, but Dr handled everything professionally and gave us confidence throughout the process. We truly appreciated her clear guidance, timely decisions, and caring approach.

Had my wife's Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal surgery) by Dr. Nitin Arora here in August 2025. From admission to discharge, everything was smooth (Yes you have to wait for your turn). Surgery went well. Rooms were clean, food was good. ICU staff was caring. And finally the discharge bill was not a penny higher than the package rate of CGHS. Will definitely recommend to give this hospital a try.
