I literally had the worst experience of my life. My mom got admitted in urology ward and we wasted 12days and still got no good treatment. While medical outcomes can vary, I found the doctor's behavior toward patients and family members to be unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I want to share my experience so that others are aware. My father-in-law (mr bhakta bhadur rai )was admitted to a STNM hospital on 26/03/2026 with a fever and was later shifted to the MICU. He was very fit and had no prior illnesses, so we expected him to recover.
