The staff is polite, but the management is highly disorganized and lacks basic facilities. Lifts don’t work, two patients are often crammed into a single room, and there’s no seating arrangement for guardians. For newborns, there are no extra beds, and even boiling water is unavailable for patients. Every little service is charged separately, and costs are much higher than quoted—I was told 32k initially but ended up paying over 45k with hidden charges. Reviews online

polite behaviour of staff n doctors.i got some discount also after talking to dr aditi.they r very helpful and understand ur problems.special thanks to reception people for not making me and my wife waiting in emergency and prompt response from doctors

A friend of mine recently visited Raindew Hospital and shared his disappointing experience.
