It is very disappointing to see how much CIHS has changed. This hospital used to have a very good reputation in the past, but unfortunately the quality of service has declined significantly. We were admitted there for three nights, and our brother was forcefully put in the ICU even though it did not seem necessary. We were told it was only for overnight observation and that he would receive better care there. However, none of the doctors even came to me

Hospital services are very good and affordable. But the parking management needs to be improved. I was stuck with 2 vehicles one each right in front and one right at the back for nearly 2 hours. Everyone comes and leaves their vehicle wherever they find space. It's very unscientific and bother some for people who want to leave immediately after seeing the doc. Hope hosptal administration will look it this issue. Thank you.

Recently i bought my grandfather to emergency, there the Doctor who was not fully a doctor a resident. All I ask was my grandfather wish but the way she replied was not a way how doctor treat a patient or attending. He doesn't want to go to ICU but they send him anyways and he is no more. So I know this review might be deleted but If you see this don't ever Go there instead go to somewhere you feel safe or treat nicely By the Staff*. *

I recently brought my father to CIHSR Dimapur for treatment, and the experience was excellent. The doctors were professional and guided us clearly throughout his treatment. The doctors are kind and compassionate to us, but people in Ayushman office attitude be like working in U.S. Visa office. They don't care for poor people, their mentality is rotten because they think that only rich people will get provisions.
