3Pranjal Dutta· a month agoMy name is Pranjal Dutta from Sivasagar. Doctors and other nurses at Aditya Diagnostic & Hospital are very good and supportive. 5 stars for them. But I had a very bad experience with Baby NICU nurses. Their attitude towards parents was rude and unprofessional. NICU is a sensitive place and we expect more empathy and clear communication. Hospital management should train NICU staff on patient-parent behavior. Hope you improve this. 2 stars overall because of NICU ex

All Dr.took the time to explain the procedure and answered all our questions with patience. The nursing staff was top-notch, keeping us comfortable and informed throughout the entire stay. The facility was spotless, and the billing process was transparent. Thank you for the incredible care!"OPD staff behaviour is very good
