Worst experience with this hospital. My mother was admitted to the ICU, and she asked the nurse for water five times, but it was not provided. When I met my mother, she asked me for water. I then asked the nurse why water had not been given. She said there was an emergency, which is why they didn’t provide it. I don’t know whether she was telling the truth or lying — and even if it was true, this is not acceptable and case of lack of planning. Admitting a patie

I'm Priya D/o ms. Uma (Dialysis unit), the Dialysis department (Jeevan Jyoti clinic and Hospital) is efficient and well-organized. Mr. Jaiprakash is friendly and also providing better facilities in the hospital. I am satisfied and impressed by the hospital's facilities and the doctor's expertise. We admitted our son, Heyansh, at Jeevan Jyoti Hospital, Dilshad Garden. Overall, our experience was positive, mainly due to the outstanding nursing care. The nursing staff is the hospital’s biggest strength. A special and heartfelt mention to Mrs. SANI Ji...she is truly a gem. Extremely polite, compassionate, and motherly in her approach.
