Extremely money-minded and highly unprofessional. They initially promised us a consultation directly with Dr. Ramaraju. However, after the very first session with Dr. Pranati, their staff repeatedly called us — almost obsessively — demanding payment. Since the services provided were completely different from what had originally been promised, we refused to pay immediately. I am writing this review with a baby boy in my arms .. and no words can ever express how grateful i am for this place.. the whole team dr ramaraju sir , praniti mam , kavita mam have been personally involved in the treatment... i came to this place when even as a doctor i had lost hopes from other places.. they were very ethical ( which at this time is a very difficult to get ), patient , stuck to protocol , never advised random fancy treatments just for the sak

I have gone for medical check-ups and it was a complete positive and empathetic experience. Tests were prescribed as per requirement and diagnosed accordingly. I am completely healed and healthy now. I read many negative reviews about these doctors and the clinic. The reason for such comments might be the doctors’ unsatisfactory response. If they had communicated properly with patients, people might not have posted negative feedback. When doctors test patients’ patience, the public reacts and shares their frustration online. I advise that if you feel something went wrong, file a complaint directly with the CMO Andhra Pradesh helpline and the PMO Delhi helpline
