I visited Dr. Titiksha Goyal for my lower back pain and I had a very positive experience. She examined my condition thoroughly, checking every possible angle before arriving at a diagnosis. Very disappointing experience. Some of the staff members were very rude and did not behave properly with patients. Even some emergency doctors talked very rudely. The way they handle patients is really bad. The hospital should improve its staff behavior and patient care.
