We had an emergency situation, and the hospital staff responded immediately. The doctors were calm, experienced, and handled the case very efficiently. This is my personal experience. The doctors did not arrive on time for the OPD appointment, which led to a long wait of 1 hour and 30 minutes. This disrupted my schedule and increased my anxiety about the visit. When I went to Reception staff and conduct the complaint After I raised the concern, the reception staff responded in a rude manner and did not address the issue satisfactorily. Very Bed experience not a good plece went to be when you are ill.
