I really had a bad experience with this hospital. The doctors are good but over all hospital administration is worst as they only care about the money and then you are on your own with other services. I had taken a package paid in 2 days of 3 days stay but after the payment except the doctors no one care and provided any information. I had to visit hospital 4 times for my baby birth certificate. Extremely Disappointed – Worst Hospital Experience Ever I had one of the worst experiences at this hospital. Receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Their attitude was careless, and there was a complete lack of basic manners. Even the doctors behaved in an arrogant and dismissive manner. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. A healthcare facility should treat people with dignity and kindness — unfortunately, that was completely missing here.

Very good good hospital but very bad management. Ms.Nabila is very rude, unprofessional and arrogant lady for staffs as well as patient's.She hv no idea how to manage a hospital. Despite having good hospital trained staffs n good infrastructure one day the hospital will sink because of this lady.
