Extremely disappointed with the service at Iren Hospital. We came for an ultrasound and Dr. Rahul (Radiologist) did the scan and simply left without preparing or handing over the report. We have been waiting for more than ONE HOUR unnecessarily with zero communication, zero responsibility, and absolutely no professionalism. My experience with the hospital administration was very poor. The nursing staff was not performing their duties sincerely or professionally. Nurses forgot to start the drip and update the birth vaccination records, wrong birth timing mentioned in discharge summary because they were busy using their phones. I delivered my baby on 6 may all doctor and nurses are fantastic similarly the hospital management was soooo poor... Multiple mistakes.. Wrong baby weight wribg timing whole day in billing process after delivery no patient care. Very pathetic management.

Dr Gowher and Dr Anirban it's totally poor service they didn't patient care include nursing staff. I am all ready payment from my insurance side but my advance payment not received right now last 4 day. Hospital is nice situated at calm environment. Staffs are friendly. We went for my dad's surgery via pristine experience was very nice. I was hesitant after seeing 3.5 rating but it was nice experience. Want to thank the nurces and other staff's for taking good care of my dad.
