5Anamika Kanchanbaras· a month agoDr. Bithika is a highly experienced and competent doctor. Her expertise and skill set are really beneficial to the patients she treats. Her approach is kind and empathetic and she personally gets involved with each case, being available on calls and messages and creating a really safe space for her patients. There aren’t many doctors like her who make their patients feel so comfortable.

Forgetful, not recording information correctly, delayed response in giving medicines advised to be given right away, etc. poor coordination between different specialists led to unnecessarily long hospitalisation as issues weren’t addressed promptly. It seemed the idea was to address issues only one after the other, leading to prolonged hospitalisation. Good house keeping, helpful physiotherapist and nutritionist.
