On 19 May 2026, during the afternoon in Room No. 127, the behavior of the doctor during the eye checkup was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The way the doctor spoke to the patient and attendant was completely unacceptable. On top of that, a video was being recorded without proper consent, which is a serious privacy concern. All time you'll gets long que, As it is a government hospital you'll be treated for free. Management is not good they need more staff for the management especially for (opd's) people were fighting for there number nothing is systematic. Dr's are not taking patient issues seriously they are not giving much time. The good part is you'll get your reports done for free. But you are supposed to come early in the morning.

I visit room no. 107 and the Dr. Name is Dr. Renu Patel from the gynic department.. Dr. Is very rude and unprofessional. Instead of providing proper guidance, the dr. Raise their voice and spoke in disrespect manner . This behaviour made me feel uncomfortable, embarrassed , and humiliating behavior and discouraged from seeking medical help.
